Day 228-Day 232: Great day! Sun! BATH! Then back to HELL. (Topical Steroid Withdrawal)

I had such a great day.  I felt good, lots of energy, got some sun, skin felt so calm and happy.  I even bathed for the first time in MONTHS!  (It's been washing parts with a washcloth for MONTHS because water feels like battery acid on my effected skin.)  THEN went back to crap and was super depressed and upset.  UGH.  After my good day I had to take ibuprofen which I think may have contributed to my skin literally feeling like it was on FIRE.  But I may never know.  Could've just been TSW.  That's the misery of this disease.  No rhyme or reason.
