Month 13

(3/1/2015 -3/31/2015)
(Day 365- Day 395)

This month started with the end a flare.  Now, my skin is really calm and as of right now, after my shower and moisturizer has settled, my cheeks feel baby soft!  My arms are calming and my energy is good.

My skin has been pretty mild and seems to be clearing up, but who knows.  My wrists have been super reactive and will get CRAZY itchy and bright red and then the next day will be mild and normal.    I've also been tackling some generalized anxiety lately.  I've had it pretty bad since this whole thing started, but I'm really trying to get to the bottom of it now.  I'm wondering if any of it has to do with the ridiculous amount of selfies I've taken and how deeply I've inspected myself the last year... That can't be healthy on your psyche.  Anyway, starting to really get to the bottom of what's triggering it so I can move past it.  It's definitely better than it was in month 6 when I first started stepping out, but it's definitely still there.

Anyway, onto pics....

I'm a bit behind....  This is the end of Month 13... the end of March 2015....

This post is a perfect example of how devastating TSW can be.  The highs give you a false sense of security.  Like you're more healed than you actually are.  Then when you flare, it makes it seem like it's worse than it actually is and you feel devastation.  I was feeling great!  Skin soft.  No pain.  MINIMAL itching.  Minimal dryness.  Spent some time in the sun.  (I am only posting the swimsuit pics so you can see how great my skin was).  Then, the day after I laid out in my swimsuit, I flared massively.  I just wish it would be all or nothing.  But we're powerless and at the mercy of this completely avoidable and unnecessary disease.
