I had a flare on day 193 and SHREEEEDDED my neck. Ugh. That made it pretty uncomfortable for sleeping and any kind of sweat. But it's healing up. I also realized that the last several weeks of bad skin were directly related to me trying new foods again. Back to boring kale, chicken, and quinoa... WompWomp.
I started taking a Lysine supplement on day 197 and I really feel like it's making a huge difference... or at least it feels like it! I was feeling SO good about it and then my poor 1 year old threw up milk on my arms and HOLY MOLY my arms and wrists were killing me. ANNNYYYWAY. Here are some pics.
